The Lanes Ph2, South London

For Phase 2 of The Lanes, Springfield, we are continuing the successful collaboration with Barratt London following our involvement in Phase 1. Building on this established relationship, our works will contribute to the delivery of a high-quality residential scheme that will enhance the local area through 152 new-build homes and sustainable construction. The project reflects a continued commitment to creating vibrant communities and supporting the ongoing regeneration of Springfield.​

Our scope of works include: British Gypsum Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard Ceiling Systems with a Tape & Jointed finish.

Our works commenced are due to commence in July 2026.
