Springfield Place Phase 1 & 2, South London

Phases 1 and 2 were made up 298 new-build homes in the new Springfield Village which also included new retail space, a new-build primary school and 32 acres of public parkland. All this is being constructed next to Springfield University Hospital which is a close walk from Tooting Bec London Underground station on the Northern Line.

Our scope of works included: British Gypsum Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard & Quattro Lay-In Grid Mineral Wall Tile Ceiling Systems with a Tape & Jointed finish.
