Health & Safety

It is vitally important that no matter what the project is, or the size, Health & Safety is the variable that always stays a constant. We have our very own NEBOSH trained Health & Safety Manager who is based on the road visiting sites each and every day. Spencer Baker's job role is to make sure our workforce operate in the safest possible environment, as well as organising the relevant training for our site operatives. 

 

PIB are our external Health & Safety advisers; they help keep us up to date with any relevant changes and any implementations that may need to occur to ensure the safety of our workforce.

Spencer will insist on visiting site prior to works commencing on new projects so we can complete a full Health & Safety pack including RA/MS tailored to suit each and every project we undertake as no two projects are the same.

We are also fully Acclaim, Construction Line Gold, and FIS accredited which makes sure that no matter what principle contractor we are working for, they recognise one of our accreditation and that we take Health & Safety seriously.

We reward members of our workforce on a monthly basis for achieving positive steps towards Health & Safety on site. By rewarding Safety in the workplace, it encourages workers to strive towards excellence when keeping everyone safe on our projects.

On site, we actively promote Health & Safety in a number of ways from the very first day on a new project. As well as our own policies, we abide by the policies set by our customers and adhering to these we can make Construction a much safer place.
