Wooddene Estate, South London

The 333 new-build homes for Higgins Construction in Peckham was part of the long awaited regeneration of the area. The homes were split between three blocks which ranged between two and nine storey's high.

Our scope of works included: Knauf SFS Installation with Sheathing Board and Kingspan Insulation.

​

The overall cost of the project totaled £70 million and was completed in November 2019.
