Victoria Drive, South West London

The Victoria Drive project in Wimbledon was a residential new-build for McLaren Construction, featuring 110 new homes. 55 of these homes were based around a 200-year-old oak tree and the remaining 55 were split between three and four storey town houses.

Our scope of works included: Knauf SFS Installation & Sheathing Board, Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard Ceiling System with a Plastered finish, SAS International Lay-in Grid Ceiling System and Bandit Sand & Cement Screed.

The overall cost of the project totaled £45 million and was completed in 2019.
