The Lakes Estate Renewal Project, Buckinghamshire

Phase A of The Lakes Estate Renewal Project for Graham Construction consisted of an update to the original estate in Bletchley that was first constructed in the 60s. This includes adding 183 new-build houses and apartments, retail units and wider amenities for the local residence.

Our scope of works included: British Gypsum Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard Ceiling Systems with a Tape & Jointed finish and External Render Systems.

Our works commenced in September 2024 and were completed in March 2026.
