Stonebridge Park, North London

This project in Stonebridge Park consisted of two sites that had a combined 73 new-build homes and a retail unit. The Hillside site consisted of 51 one, two and three bedroom apartments across two blocks rising up to seven storeys. The Milton Avenue site included 22 four bedroom, three storey, townhouses.

Our scope of works included: Ash & Lacy SFS Installation with RCM Y-Wall Sheathing board and Tyvek FireCurb Breather Membrane, British Gypsum Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard & Acoustic Ceiling Systems with a Tape & Jointed finish and Sand & Cement Screed.

The overall cost of the development totaled £22 million and our works were completed in March 2023.
