St Paul's Cathedral School, Central London
This small contract for Borras Construction is a historical project that involves a boarder house for the St Paul’s Cathedral choristers. The Grade II listed building was first constructed in the 1960’s for 40 students. The school now currently educates over 200 students alongside the choristers so therefore the current building is no longer fit for purpose. The new boarder house will allow the cathedral to maintain its world famous choir.
Our scope of works include: British Gypsum Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard & Acoustic Ceiling Systems with a Plastered finish.
The overall cost of project will total £8 million and our works are due to be completed in September 2020.
