St Johns Hill, South London

Working for John Sisk & Son, we completed 153 new-build homes in phase one of the Peabody Regeneration Scheme in Clapham.

The three-phase regeneration scheme is expected to be completed in 2023 providing 528 new-build homes along with commercial space and a community hub with the costs expected to total £120 million.

Our scope of works included: Hadley Group SFS Installation with CP Board & Kingspan Insulation, British Gypsum Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard & Acoustic Ceiling Systems with a Plastered finish.

Phase one was completed in April 2016.
