Spa Road, South London

Working with Graham Construction, we delivered 185 student bedrooms on Spa Road in Bermondsey, South London. Our package included both internals and external works on the new-build student accommodation. As well as the internal and SFS external works, we also completed the cladding works.

Our scope of works included: EOS-Etex Group SFS Installation, Siniat-Etex Group Weather Defence CP Board & EPDM, Siniat-Etex Group Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard & Rockfon Plank Ceiling Systems with a Plastered finish.
