Reardon Court, North London

The Reardon Court Extra Care home project for Graham Construction will provide an affordable assisted living facility for older people allowing independent living with 24/7 care. The 70 units also come with many other spaces including a multi-use hobby room, library, hairdressing areas for residence and an office for the staff.

Our scope of works include: Knuaf SFS Installation, External Sheathing Board with a Rockwool Breather Membrane, Knauf Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard, Lay-In Grid Mineral Wall Tile and Ecophon Ceiling Systems with a Tape & Jointed finish and Soffit Insulation.

Our works commenced in April 2023 and are due to be completed in April 2024.
