13-14 Park Crescent, Central London

Our project at the Crescent included nine bespoke apartment's just south of London's Regents Park on our first contract with Red Construction Ltd.

The luxury apartments are in London’s only Royal Crescent with access to eight acres of private gardens. The block will include a Concierge, Welfare, Refuse & Cycle Storage and Residential Plant Space with future fit out for a Residents Gymnasium and Cinema.

Our scope of works included: Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings made up of Tradeline Metal and Knauf Plasterboard, Suspended Plasterboard Ceiling Systems with a Plastered finish.

The overall cost of the project totaled £9 million and was completed in November 2019.
