Osney Power Station, Oxfordshire
Osney Power Station, which originally opened in 1892, was Oxford's first electrical power plant and is now being transformed into a Global Leadership Center. We are working with Graham Construction and the University of Oxford on this project to create 121 hotel-style bedrooms to accommodate some of the business schools students as well as wider teaching and social spaces.
Our scope of works include: SFS Installation, Sheathing Board, Cortex FR0500 EPDM and Tyvek FireCurbe Breather Membrane, British Gypsum Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, SAS Lay-In Grid & Suspended Plasterboard Ceiling Systems with a plastered finish and Acoustic Spray Plaster.
Our works works commenced in January 2024 and was completed in July 2026.
