This new-build development for Telford Homes will consist of 239 new-build to rent homes within walking distance of Ilford’s Elizabeth Line train station leading straight to central London. 77 of these will be affordable homes with a further 22 being delivered at the London Rent Levels.  ​

Our scope of works include: Knauf Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard Ceiling Systems with a Tape & Jointed finish and Gyvlon Liquid Screed.

Our works commenced in October 2024 and is due to be completed in 2025.
