This new-build development for Telford Homes consisted of 239 new-build to rent homes within walking distance of Ilford’s Elizabeth Line train station leading straight to central London. 77 of these are classed as affordable homes with a further 22 delivered at the London Rent Levels.  ​

Our scope of works included: Knauf Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard Ceiling Systems with a Tape & Jointed finish and Gyvlon Liquid Screed.

Our works commenced in October 2024 and was completed in March 2026.
