Mayow Road, East London

This project in Lewisham consisted of 32 new-build flats for Higgins Partnerships. 26 units was built for supported living with the remaining six for temporary accommodation for homeless families. Lewisham council were in partnership with the NHS on the project.

Our scope of works included: Ash & Lacy SFS Installation with Dens Glass sheathing board & Tyvek FireCurb Breather Membrane, British Gypsum Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard & Quattro Ceiling Systems with a Plastered finish and liquid Screed.

The project was completed in February 2023.
