This bespoke residential building in the heart of Mayfair includes apartments, amenities such as swimming pools, sauna's and steam rooms, plant rooms and bespoke car parking area. Please read our scope of works carefully when looking at what works we did in the main residential building and back of house.

Our scope of works in the main residential building include: Metsec Voestalpine SFS Installation, Kemwell Weatherkem Fire Cement Internal & External CP Boards, Proctor External Wraptite, Sika EPDM Damplas Vapour Control Panel. British Gypsum Suspended Ceilings with a Tape & Jointed finish (on the two Pavilion Ceilings Only).

Our scope of works for the back of house areas only include: British Gypsum Metal Stud Partition Systems and Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard and Knauf Donn DX3 Metal Grid Ceilings, Sto Sand & Cement, Mineral External and Ventec R External Render, 136mm High Impact Rockwool soffit slab and 110mm Rockwool soffit insulation with RCM board, Nullifire Intumescent Paint and Penetration Seals, Nullifire Pipe Wraps and Service Sleeves with CMS Danskin Acoustic Plant Room Panels.

Our works were completed in June 2023.
