Maiden Lane, North London

The 273 new-build homes for John Sisk & Son was part of a major redevelopment in the heart of Camden and was completed in August 2017.

The new homes replaced an industrial site and is divided into 9 blocks, including an 18 storey tower block with the remaining blocks split between three and seven storeys. 

Our scope of works included: Kingspan SFS Installation with CP board & Kingspan Insulation, British Gypsum Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard & Acoustic Ceiling Systems with a Plastered finish and Sand & Cement Screed.

The overall cost of the project totaled £50 million.
