For Lightmakers, Sydenham, we are proud to continue our successful collaboration with Barratt London on the delivery of this residential development. Our works will support the creation of a vibrant new neighbourhood, providing 262 high-quality new homes alongside thoughtfully designed public spaces and community amenities. The project reflects a shared commitment to sustainable construction, urban regeneration, and enhancing the local area, contributing to the ongoing transformation of Sydenham into a thriving place to live and work.​

Our scope of works include: External SFS and Sheathing, British Gypsum Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard Ceiling Systems with a Tape & Jointed finish and Soffit Insulation.
