LHR21, North London

The LHR21 project for Glencar consisted of a six storey Data Centre for US company, Vantage Data Center's. The 194,000 sq ft project in North-West London houses processing equipment for various business' and fulfills their online data service needs.

Our scope of works included: Kemwell & Glasroc Beam and Column Encasements, British Gypsum Metal Stud Partition Systems, Wall Linings & Shaftwall’s with Lay-In Grid Ceilings, Kingspan Tate Structural Ceiling and Secure Mesh Walls, Tape & Jointed finish with Staircase Screed.

Our works commenced in April 2024 and was completed in September 2025.
