Hayes Town and Avondale Drive, West London

The Hayes project for Higgins Partnerships see the demolishing of existing estates that were built in the 60s and 70s consisting of over 400 homes, being replaced with new neighbourhoods totaling 740 homes. This will take around 8-10 years through phased works. This first phase included 110 homes, split across two different sites, Hays Town and Avondale Drive.​

Our scope of works included: Metsec Voestalpine SFS Installation and RCM Y Wall Sheathing Board, British Gypsum Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard Ceiling Systems with a Plastered finish.

Our works on this contract commenced in September 2024 and was completed in August 2025.
