Greenhill Centre, East London

This new-build project for Higgins Partnerships consisted of 71 much-needed affordable housing in the London Borough of Newham. 56 of the new-build homes were offered under the London Affordable Rent with the remaining 25 for low-cost shared ownership.

Our scope of works included: British Gypsum Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard Ceiling Systems with a Plastered finish.

Our works commenced in August 2024 and was completed in November 2025.
