Elstree University Technical College, Hertfordshire

Working with Willmott Dixon, we refurbished two existing office blocks on Elstree Way in Borehamwood (Adecco House and Silver Screens), transforming them into the Elstree UTC. Partnering with the BBC, the college has a capacity of 600 students aged between 14-19.

Our scope of works included: British Gypsum Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard & Acoustic Ceiling Systems with a Plastered finish, Armstrong Lay-in grid Mineral Fibre Tile Ceiling Systems.

The overall cost of this project totaled £5 million and was completed in September 2013.
