A new 131-bedroom hotel is set to be delivered in South Watford for Red Construction as part of the wider Watford Riverwell masterplan. The development will contribute to the area’s ongoing regeneration, providing high-quality accommodation alongside ground floor retail space and accessible public environment.

Our scope of works include: Knauf SFS, External Sheathing Board and EPDM works, Knauf Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard & Lay-In Grid Ceiling Systems with a Tape & Jointed finish and Joinery works.

Our works are due to commence in April 2026.
