Chobham Zone 3, East London

After successfully completing Zone 2 back in April 2021, working with Higgins Homes, we returned to complete Zone 3, with both being within close walking distance to Stratford International station. This new project still forms a central part of London 2012's Legacy and includes 36 new-build, one, two and three bedroom apartments.

Our scope of works included: Metsec Voestalpine SFS Installation, Glassroc X Sheathing Board, Tyvek Breather Membrane with Procheck FR200, British Gypsum Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard Ceiling Systems with a Tape & Jointed finish and Sand & Cement Screed with Grano.
