Capital Interchange Way, West London

1-4 Capital Interchange Way consisted of 420 new-build units and up to 45,000 sqft of commercial and retail space. This project for Telford Homes is next door to Brentford FC's Community Stadium and included up to 209 affordable homes.

Our scope of works included: EOS-Etex Group SFS Installation, Sheathing Board and Cortex FR0500 EPDM, Knauf Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard Ceiling Systems with a Tape & Jointed finish and Gyvlon Liquid Screed.

Our works commenced in June 2023 and was completed at the end of 2025.
