Botanical Place, Surrey

The Botanical Place Retirement Village in West Byfleet for Higgins Partnerships consisted of 196 highly specified one and two bedroom new-build apartments as well as amenities such as a wellness center, restaurant, café and retail units all within the main pedestrianised square.

Our scope of works included: British Gypsum Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard & Armstrong Lay-In Grid Mineral Wall Tile Ceiling Systems with a Jointed finish, High Impact Soffit Insulation and two types of screed including Liquid and Sand & Cement.
