Bermondsey Heights, South London

Phase 2 of the Bermondsey Heights project for Barratt London will comprise of 253 new-build homes on Ilderton Road in South Bermondsey. This new project will be constructed on the site of former warehouses adding much needed affordable housing to the local area.

Our scope of works include: Metsec Voestalpine SFS Installation, Glassroc X Sheathing Board, Tyvek Breather Membrane with Procheck FR200, British Gypsum Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard Ceiling Systems with a Tape & Jointed finish.

Our works commenced in July 2023 and is due to be completed in February 2025.
