Bermondsey Heights, South London

Phase 2 of the Bermondsey Heights project for Barratt London comprised of 253 new-build homes on Ilderton Road in South Bermondsey. This project was constructed on the site of former warehouses adding much needed affordable housing to the local area.

Our scope of works included: Metsec Voestalpine SFS Installation, Glassroc X Sheathing Board, Tyvek Breather Membrane with Procheck FR200, British Gypsum Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard Ceiling Systems with a Tape & Jointed finish.

Our works commenced in July 2023 and was completed in May 2025.
