Barrow Hall Road, Essex

The Barrow Hall Road project for Higgins Partnerships in Southend comprised of 120 new-build units which was broken down into 111 houses including detached garages and a block of nine apartments.

Our scope of works included: British Gypsum Plasterboard, 

Suspended Ceiling Systems with a Plastered finish and insulated Sand & Cement Screed.

The overall cost of the project totalled £24 million and was completed in October 2023.
