Aberfeldy Village, East London

We constructed 121 new homes out of the 1,176 new-build properties that were built over a 12 year period by Willmott Dixon in the new Aberfeldy Village.

Aberfeldy's three phases replaced a brownfield site in Poplar, close to Canning Town station. Our works were completed as part of phase three of the scheme which was completed in 2019.

Our scope of works included: Knauf Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard & Acoustic Ceiling Systems with a Tape & Jointed finish.

The overall cost of the project totaled £250 million.
