Abbey Road, North London

We worked with Wates for the first time on this regeneration, just a few steps away from the iconic Abbey Road Zebra crossing. The new community and medical centre is the centerpiece of the entire regeneration offering a place for the residents to socialise, exercise and receive wellbeing support.

Our scope of works included: EOS-Etex Group SFS Installation, Siniat-Etex Group Weather Defence CP Board with a EPDM seal and Promat Promatect XW Column & Beam Acoustic Fire Rated Encasements.

The overall cost of the project totalled £10 million and was completed in December 2021.
