55 Victoria Street, Central London

This project consisted of a new-build 12 storey tower block in the heart of Westminster for John Sisk & Son. 55VS contained 54 luxury apartments and replaced a former office block. The apartments ranged from studio flats to split-level penthouses, including an eighth floor south facing Sky Garden.

Our scope of works included: Hadley Group SFS Installation with CP Board and Kingspan Insulation.

The overall cost of this project totaled £30 million and was completed in January 2016.
