Willows Walk, South London

This Balfour Beatty project consisted of two buildings which totaled 48 social housing including both short stay accommodation and general needs housing in South London.

Scope of works included: Metsec SFS Installation with Recticel Euro Board, Knauf External Render System, T&G Wood Cladding Systems, British Gypsum Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard Ceiling Systems with a Plastered finish

The overall cost of the project totaled £12 million and was completed in September 2015.
