Western Expansion Secondary School, Buckinghamshire
This Graham Construction project in Milton Keynes will deliver as many as 1,800 new school places in the ever growing Western Expansion Area (WEA) of Milton Keynes. The WEA covers over 350 hectacres where there is many major developments occurring. This new school is a three storey building with an adjacent sports hall.
Our scope of works include: EOS-Etex Group SFS Installation and Siniat-Etex Group Weather Defence CP Board, Knuaf External Insulated Render Systems, Non Fire-Rated Beam & Column Encasement, Siniat-Etex Group Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard & Acoustic Ceiling Systems with a Plastered finish, Ecophon Acoustic Wall Panels and Armstrong Lay-in grid Mineral Fibre Tile Ceiling Systems.
The overall cost of the project will total £40 million and our works are due to be completed in October 2020.
