Wheat Quarter, Hertfordshire

Phase 1 of the Shredded Wheat project for Higgins Partnerships comprised of 208 new-build apartments over two blocks. The project is part of a wider regeneration on the 24 acre site which included knocking down the existing factory. The two blocks were split into three cores each with the tallest rising as high as eight storey's.

Our scope of works included: British Gypsum Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard & Acoustic Tiled Ceiling Systems with a Tape & Jointed finish, External Balcony Soffit Insulation with three types of Screed including Tarmac Liquid, Sand & Cement and External Roof Screed.

The overall cost of the project totaled £44 million and was completed in February 2023.
