Kings Cross B1, Central London

A Vinci Construction project that formed part of The Kings Cross Central £2 billion transformation opposite St Pancras International Station.

The 11 storey building includes two basement levels and over 360,000 sqft of office space. The current Prime Minister and the then London Mayor, Boris Johnson, attended the topping out service in 2013.

Our scope of works included: British Gypsum Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard & Acoustic Ceiling System with a Plastered finish and over 28,000 sqft of SAS International Lay-in Grid Ceiling Systems.

This project was completed in April 2015.
