This new-build five storey property for John Sisk & Son offers 20,000 Sqft of office and retail space. Along with the retail space on the ground floor, the offices in the remaning levels were fitted out to Category A standard. 

Our scope of works included: Knauf Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard & Acoustic Ceiling Systems with a Tape & Jointed finish, Lay-in grid SAS International Metal Pan Ceiling Systems and Cemex Sand & Cement Screed.

The overall cost of the project totaled £6 million and was completed in April 2011.
