Hox Park, Surrey

A Brunel University Student Accommodation in Egham for Graham Construction which consisted of 500 rooms and was completed in 2018.

The four new-build blocks replaced an unused University Campus and provided much needed affordable accommodation for students which would be seen as the new benchmark for high quality Student Accommodations. 

Our scope of works included: Knauf Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard & Acoustic Ceiling Systems with a Plastered finish and CEP Lay-in grid Mineral Fibre Tile Ceiling Systems.

The overall cost of the project totaled £36 million and was completed in August 2018.
