Shredded Wheat Phase 1, Hertfordshire

Phase 1 of the Shredded Wheat project for Higgins Construction will comprise of 208 new-build apartments. The project is part of a wider regeneration which has included knocking down the existing factory and is on a 24 acre site.

Our scope of works include: Knauf Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard Ceilings with a Plastered finish and Sand & Cement Screed.

The overall cost of the project will total £44 million and has a start date of March 2021.
