Hanwell Square, West London

Hanwell Square continues the ever growing relationship between T Lott Ltd and Higgins Partnerships. This project will comprise of 360 new-build apartments and over 1,200m2 of commercial space over three blocks. The development will be built in two phases due to delayed vacant possession of a proportion of the land which means we are not due to be completed until 2023.

Our scope of works include: British Gypsum Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard & Quattro Lay-In Grid Mineral Wall Tile Ceiling Systems with a Tape & Jointed finish, High Impact Soffit Insulation and two types of screed including Tarmac Liquid and Grano Sand & Cement.

The overall cost of the development will total £82 million and our works are due to be completed by May 2024.
