Bath Road, West London

This project for Higgins Construction will consisted of 176 new-build homes, split between three blocks rising as high as seven storeys. There was also over 500 sqft of retail space on the ground floors.

Our scope of works included: EOS-Etex Group SFS Installation with RCM Y-Wall Sheathing board, British Gypsum Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard & Acoustic Ceiling Systems with a Plastered finish, Sand & Cement Screed and Tough Seal Breathable Membrane.

We also built a temporary SFS dividing wall prior to our main works commencing, splitting the site and a local supermarket.

The overall cost of the project totalled £50 million with our works completed in February 2022.
