160 Aldersgate, Central London

Completed in 2017, this McLaren Construction project consisted of 266,000 sqft of high quality commercial space within London's business district. The project was in the heart of the City of London and was a revamp of the original 1980's building and even adding an extra floor to the top of the building.

Our scope of works included: Hadley Group Internal SFS Installation, British Gypsum Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard Ceiling Systems with a Plastered finish and SAS International Lay-in Grid Ceiling System.

The overall cost of the project totaled £48 million and was completed February 2018.
